How should we help people to be restored to God? We should be gentle like Jesus, be supportive by helping to share other people's burdens, and be humble remembering that we are no better than others. Even though we can't help everyone, we are still to help others be restored.

<itunes:summary><![CDATA[We are to worship God, love people and use things, but too often we love self, use people and worship things. Jesus said that whatever you worship that you will serve. The Christian life is practical: we serve God by serving others. In other words, we are to move from consumers to community! Paul has demonstrated that we relate to God by faith in Christ not through the law of Moses but this liberty is not to be abused. We are free so that we can do God's will and not our own. How can we serve God by serving others? Together, let's discover the motive to serve: the love, the power to serve: the Spirit, and the obstacle to serve: the flesh.

What are you passionate about? everybody is passionate about something, and God wants us to be passionate about Him. there is a conflict between religion and a relationship with Jesus. Religion tends to breed apathy. First, there is emotion then going through the motions, then slow motion, no motion, and...death. Religion can also create zeal for the wrong things like legalism and pride. God wants us to experience joy proportional to our passion for Jesus. Discover how to obtain and maintain zeal for God - freedom for passion.

<itunes:summary><![CDATA[Paul proves the truth of the gospel by showing how he confronted the apostle Peter when he temporarily returned to observing Jewish ceremony to try to please God. Peter repented and agreed with Paul. They both realized that religion and hypocrisy obscure the true gospel and keep us from experiencing freedom. In this part of the book we discover that we experience freedom from religion as we live by faith in Jesus.

<itunes:summary><![CDATA[God desires that all people [Jew and Gentile] would be free to worship Him. Paul addressed the issue, whether Gentiles needed to follow the Mosaic Law [i.e. become Jews] to be saved? God shows us that all are set free by the grace of God through faith in Christ not by following the Mosaic Law.

It is amazing to realize that Gentile converts to Judaism would be circumcised as adults as a symbol of being separated to God. How many of us would be that committed to Jesus? Even though we don't need to be circumcised or follow the law, all committed followers of Jesus demonstrate our faith by tangible love for God and others. Join us as we consider what needs to be cut-away in our lives for us to be free.

<itunes:summary><![CDATA[Paul zealously defended the gospel of grace because he understood that the purpose of the gospel is to set us free to worship God. Worship is a life transformed by an intimate relationship with Jesus and is characterized by devotion and allegiance to God. this experience of worship satisfies us and brings glory to God but how can we be unchained to worship?

First, consider the evidence and know that the gospel message is from God and not simply men. then we must choose to live to please Jesus rather than living to please self or for the approval of others. Next, live to be prepared to worship, and finally live to bring glory to God. Paul reveals how to be unchained so that we are satisfied in Christ and experience freedom to worship.
